QUIJOTE PHOTO FEST is the first Photography Festival organized in the city of Alcalá de Henares with the aim of promoting and disseminating this widespread discipline in society. The multi-day festival runs from October 15-17.
Promoted from the Photography Classroom of the General Foundation of the University of Alcalá, and in collaboration with the Alcalá City Council, Fujifilm Spain, the Too Many Flash photographic entrepreneurship school, the photography magazine Caption Magazine and the Fotocasión store, in this Second edition is intended to value documentary and reportage photography through the eyes of our professionals, whose work is recognized both nationally and internationally, bringing together photographers of different generations and styles.
QUIJOTE PHOTOFEST has a series of parallel activities around photography such as exhibitions, a viewing session, a fair and a contest for the best emerging photographer 2021.

QUIJOTE PHOTO FEST es el primer Festival de Fotografía organizado en la ciudad de Alcalá de Henares con el objetivo de promocionar y difundir esta disciplina tan extendida en la sociedad. El festival, de varios días de duración, se celebrará del 15 al 17 de octubre.
Promovido desde el Aula de Fotografía de la Fundación General de la Universidad de Alcalá, y en colaboración con el Ayuntamiento de Alcalá, Fujifilm España, la escuela de emprendimiento fotográfico Too Many Flash, la revista de fotografía Caption Magazine y la tienda Fotocasión, en esta segunda edición se pretende poner en valor la fotografía documental y de reportaje a través de la mirada de nuestros profesionales, cuyo trabajo es reconocido tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, aunando a fotógrafos de distintas generaciones y estilos.
QUIJOTE PHOTOFEST cuenta con una serie de actividades paralelas en torno a la fotografía como exposiciones, sesión de visionados, feria y un concurso al mejor fotógrafo emergente 2021.
